Starts with a sometimes buttery, sometimes almond cream notes, with deep brown sugar, slightly sweet caramel notes. Flavor has a light sweetness from the blue corn which leaves a nice smooth mouth-feel that balances the sweet caramel and moderately aggressive oak. Finishes with a moderate spice. Easy drinking, but complex enough to enjoy day after day.
